Mr Sultan Bandali is our experienced senior Legal Practitioner who deals only with conveyancing matters. Please see his profile on this website under 'about us'. He brings to residential conveyancing a wide range and many years of experience that, combined with his patience and perseverance, makes him the ideal person to take the stress out of your transaction, regardless of whether you are selling or buying property. He is always happy to give a detailed breakdown of our expected conveyancing charges and all associated expenses (including Stamp Duty Land Tax if applicable).

Mr Harold Pluss LLB Solicitor is an experienced Conveyancer (who also deals with Wills and Probate). He has been with us (variously full-time, part- time and as a locum) since 1995. He has now returned to work for us exclusively. Like Sultan Bandali, he will make the experience of purchasing or selling a house as stress free as possible. Both he and Sultan will thoroughly check the legal title to the property you are buying (and indeed check all the paperwork supplied by the Sellers Solicitors as well as search results) in order that any problems can be identified and dealt with at the earliest opportunity.

A Kay Pietron and Paluch LLP Solicitors are on the panel of (i.e. authorised to act for) most major banks and building societies in connection with the legal work normally required in residential sales, purchases and remortgages. Your mortgage lender is also our client and it is our duty to them to ensure that all conditions of your mortgage offer are fully complied with. By fulfilling this duty, we are also assisting you in preventing any later problems arising.
